Exchange Policy

STAY SOFT will accept merchandise in its original unused condition, excluding underwear, for an exchange when accompanied by the original sale confirmation email or invoice, within 10 days from the ship date. After 10 days, exchanges will not be accepted for any reason other than material defects. In either case, please contact STAY SOFT at info@staysoftofficial.com for address of exchange. All sale and discounted items (promotion code applied) are considered final sale and not eligible for exchange. All sale items are considered final sale.

Exchanges from online transactions are not accepted on products purchased at locations other than WWW.STAYSOFTOFFICIAL.COM. Please return the item in store where it was purchased. Items with material damage will be exchanged there.

In case of material damage, refunds will be applied to the original form of payment. STAY SOFT is not responsible for any returns that are lost, damaged or sent to the wrong address. Please note there will be a fee for returns sent to the wrong address, which will be reflected in the refund amount.

Once the refund has been issued, you will be notified via the email on file. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process the refund. If an exchange, you will be notified of shipment and tracking.

STAY SOFT reserves the right to refuse returned products that have been used, worn or altered in any way. All packaging must be included in the return.
