STAY SOFT will accept merchandise in its original unused condition, excluding underwear, for a refund or exchange when accompanied by the original sale confirmation email or invoice, within 10 days from the ship date. After 10 days, returns will not be accepted for any reason other than material defects. If that is the case, please contact STAY SOFT at firstname.lastname@example.org. All sale and discounted items (promotion code applied) are considered final sale and not eligible for refund or exchange. All sale items are considered final sale.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted on products purchased at locations other than STAYSOFTOFFICIAL.COM. Please return the item in store where it was purchased. Items with material damage will be exchanged there.
All refunds will be applied to the original form of payment, excluding shipping costs. STAY SOFT is not responsible for any returns that are lost, damaged or sent to the wrong address. Please note there will be a fee for returns sent to the wrong address, which will be reflected in the refund amount.
Once the refund has been issued, you will be notified via the email on file. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process the refund. If an exchange, you will be notified of shipment and tracking.
STAY SOFT reserves the right to refuse returned products that have been used, worn or altered in any way. All packaging must be included in the return.
